- A student enrolled in a session, and unable to make-up missed lessons will be charged a pro-rate for the remainder of the session
- If a lesson is cancelled, Elegant Tennis will make every effort to reschedule the lesson on a date agreeable with the student/group. If the group lesson cannot be rescheduled, each student will be given a refund for the lesson. If a student cannot attend the rescheduled lesson, that student will be given a refund for that lesson.
- There is a minimum of 2 students in a group for a group lesson to take place.
- The student is allowed to make-up 2 lessons per session. To ensure availability, please provide one-week advance notice. To request a make-up please contact Elegant Tennis, James Opondo. If you schedule a make-up lesson and need to cancel, please call 48 hours in advance of the schedule make-up lesson.
